Andrew Fuller LLB (1st Class Hons), BCom, BArts

Andrew Fuller is a Melbourne-based lawyer and the director of Clearview Legal Counsel Pty Ltd.

His areas of expertise include commercial, arts, entertainment, fashion and media law. He advises start-ups and businesses looking to create, protect and commercialise their rights.

Andrew is a previous President of the Board of Music Victoria – the peak representative body for contemporary music there – and now a lifetime member for his services to the organisation. He is a member of the panel of arts and entertainment lawyers for the Arts Law Centre of Australia. He regularly presents at seminars on arts and entertainment law topics and grant writing for the creative industries.

With a broad range of experience across the music, film and video, theatre, design and publishing industries, Andrew has represented clients from both the creator’s perspective and as a senior business and legal affairs executive with film companies and music labels.

Andrew is often asked to assess grant applications for Creative Victoria Music Works funding rounds and he is a member of the music peer assessment panel for the Australia Council for the Arts.

As a board member, Andrew has extensive experience in governance within leading arts organisations and representative bodies the Arena Theatre Company, West Australian Music Association (WAM), and Contemporary Music Victoria Inc. t/a Music Victoria.

Andrew began his career as a commercial lawyer at one of Australia’s top tier law firms after graduating from university with first class honours.
